- Pressure testing should be recorded with a chart
over time that pressure is sustained without evidence of leakage.
- Gauges and Instruments shall have been recertified
to a certified reference gauge or by a qualified test house at least
within the preceding 12 months. [

- Gauges shall be chosen that will be between 1/3rd
full scale and 2/3rds full scale.
- A pressure of 1.5 times the calculated MAWP shall
be maintained, without decay or the addition of liquid, for 30 minutes.
- A witnessed hydro-test certificate shall be made.
